On December 17, Li Yongsen, Deputy Director-General of Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong Provincial People’s Government, met with Constantine Vusan, Chief Representative of Cluj County of Romania in Shandong, in Jinan. The two sides reviewed the friendly exchanges and commercial cooperation between Shandong and Cluj over the past two years and discussed the plans for high-level mutual visits and collaboration in electric cars, infrastructure construction, and industrial production in 2020.

Shandong forged a sister province/county relationship with Cluj in 1997 and conducted a series of rewarding exchanges and cooperation in areas such as business and culture.
